Daily Bias & Draw on Liquidity

Daily bias is the answer to one question: which liquidity is price most likely drawn to today — the buy-side above, or the sell-side below? You form it from the daily candle, whether PDH or PDL has been taken, and where the untouched pools are. Everything else in this academy is an execution tool inside that bias.

Why it works

Without a bias you will take both a long and a short at the same level and lose twice.

Timeframes

Daily and 4H.

Session

Set before London opens.

The checklist

  1. 1Note whether PDH or PDL is untaken.
  2. 2Note where the daily candle closed relative to its range.
  3. 3Note the untouched session pools.

Execution

Entry

Take only the setups aligned with the bias.

Stop

N/A — this is a filter.

Target

The identified draw on liquidity.

When you should not take it

  • Do not flip your bias mid-session because of one impulsive candle.
