Asia (00:00–08:00 UTC) usually forms a narrow range that becomes the day's first liquidity pool. London (07:00–10:00 UTC) expands and sets a second pair of extremes. MFT draws Asia high/low and London high/low automatically, so you always know which pool is untouched and which has already been taken.
